Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JANEXUS PRIME. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link in the email. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please email support@janexusprime.com.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, high order volume, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if we notice any issues with your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors and your household
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  • Email us at support@janexusprime.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. JANEXUS PRIME is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received, though we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages after they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (customer is responsible for additional shipping charges).
